      Some of the people are really nice to work with.

      Cons

      Extremely poor culture, plenty of bad politics, for a small company people come and go all the time, so turn over is actually pretty high.

      ODE is well positioned to serve our changing retail automotive IT industry. There is a incredible amount of growth opportunity for those who choose to lead. ODE is or is positioned to be a market leader in all of its lines of business. The senior leadership has great character and committed to the success of the company and its people. The company is very flexible to enable performance and positive work environment through provision of IT, flexible work space and work schedules.

      Cons

      It is a growing company and as such, individual versatility & commitment is a necessity. Leadership can be inconsistent in terms of goal setting and personal / team development.

      We strive to actively promote the “ACTIV” life – focus on Accountability, Customer Centric, Teamwork, Integrity, and Vision. In the roll out our culture initiative, we have aligned many of our policies and procedures to reflect these values. One area we have developed is our performance review – we now have a focus on career planning and development, as opposed to just feedback on past performance.
