Huge cutbacks, not enough staff to handle the unrealistic targets set upon staff. The attitude from the CEO on down is that they are happy to get 12-18 months out of people. They could care less who stays, who goes, you are replaceable. There is almost zero training, you never start your position with the tools or enough information to do your job effectively. Unless you are part of the "elite group:, no one cares what you do or if you leave for any reason. They ask you to do an Exit Interview yet don't really care about the information as nothing has changed in YEARS. NO APPRECIATION, NO SUPPORT! If you want to be just another number, work here.

High turn over - people last on average 8 months to a year and a half. Poorly managed - managers are quick to react to minor mistakes and are toxic. Lack of training for staff and yet unreasonable expectations.
