      Pros

      A few good people worked there - and the good ones came and went.

      Cons

      Long term employees were bitter/jealous about acquisitions. Salaries below market. Employee division. Lack of focus, direction, and ambition by leaders. Growing the business wasn't important but personal gain was.

      Received a lot of experience in all facets of the company and futures industry.

      Was a small office and went through multiple acquisitions stagnating job growth for a period.
