Pros
Great work-life balance, and the employees are very nice. I’ve worked here for 3.9 years. For anyone looking for a good office culture, this company is one of the best choices.
Cons
The salary hikes are poor, which is why I left the company. Sometimes, they only consider recent updates in our work during appraisals and overlook the overall effort and contributions we’ve made over time. Even so, I totally regret leaving because of the amazing work culture and the mutual respect we received, even from other teams. From an appraisal perspective, the company is disappointing, and the company’s growth also seems to be slowing down.
