I wish I could write something here.

Cons

I don't recommend Open Influence. This company has such an awful work environment. The average pay and lackluster career path definitely aren't worth enduring this company's culture and atmosphere. Most employees here are exhausted and drained because we're often overloaded and given tight deadlines. Meanwhile, the leaders here are basically useless due to their lack of support, yet they're also very demanding.

- Great for learning experience - Overall nice people to work with - You get to work with a lot of notable brands / companies - Networking here is great

Cons

- BURN OUT (they expect you to work long hours for little pay) - They take WAY too long to promote - Some managers / directors can be toxic

If you're looking to advance your career, Open Influence should be at the bottom of your list of companies to work for.

Cons

Managers are too focused on metrics. I've seen a lot of talented employees go unnoticed and unrewarded, despite how much they've contributed to the company, simply because they didn't go out of their way to work longer hours. The pay is pretty terrible here as well.
