Pros
The staff here are wonderful and genuinely dedicated to the mission; I would not have gotten through my job there without them.
Cons
The Executive Director is one of the most toxic people I've ever had the displeasure of working for. He frequently gaslights and deflects real concerns of the staff, while keeping the board in the dark about what is going on. Until he is gone, nothing can improve.
