A relaxed hustle free work culture
Cons
Vision less company. Do not follow any corporate culture norms. No systems like performance management, Role clarity. Appraisal...etc. Traditional , laid back stubborn attitude. No tinch of modernity in accepting and acquiring new marketing standard or keeping up with the pace.

Best part of this organization is remuneration always comes before 1st every month & HR department is very cooperative.
Cons
Company has no vision right now. Individual vision of person can't make a successful organization, as it pave the way for others.
