- Learning a lot on so many different topics and not just healthtech - Able to have regular conversations with the executives and learn from them, they're happy to support and provide their insights - Encouraged in my personal development - Supportive of my initiatives and decisions - Directly seeing the impact of the work being achieved for healthcare - Have worked with some truly incredible people

Cons

- Not everyone gets along, so some teams seem to have more negativity, but it's not all like that... depends on you - Bonus scheme is not very good
