      Pros

      A lot of growth. Senior leadership is very accessible and they have a true and working open door policy. Co-workers are great.

      Cons

      Unorganized structure (they are working on it). No formal review process, you have to ask for a review. wage progression is informal and sometimes forgotten by leadership.
