Pros

Working on open source projects is a great way to learn from more expereienced developers and also make an impact, as lot of people actualy use the software you are working on.

Cons

The main barrier with open source development is the fact that you may never get meet those you are working with and so communication is not very fluent.

Pros

I would like to work in or around Orlando Florida. My request for the salary amount will depend on the location. I have over 30 years experience and have worked with groups as large as 40 people or a team of two. Specialized in Counter Narcotics and Counter Terrorist operations at all levels. Special emphasis on Central South America but I have experience with targets all around the world. 15 years experience conducting and training personnel on Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance operations and systems.

Cons

I'm a workaholic and will spend even my free time analyzing data. I train all personnel to work as hard but I will require them to rest.
