The cons out way the pros for this company. They expect way to much from staff members and don't compensate that will. I was employed as an HRC and while I learned a lot and went out of my way with my personal time and weekends to do the job when it wasn't required the hard work and effort was not recognized and the upper management was very disrespectful and unprofessional during the review period.

slow growth, low salary, poor benefits, negative environment, corporate is greedy and has no idea what the position entails, you have to come in early and cant clock in until 8:30 and can never take a break because there is too much to do.
