      I have nothing to say for this.

      Cons

      False Leadership. Lied to after job offer and was never started. If you made a written job offer to someone and they moved for your company. You should keep your side of the promise and start them and give them the job. Not only did the person not waste time and money, you put them in a spot where they cant get out of.

      With small companies come closer relationships and interaction with senior management. The company is run by a husband and wife. The husband is the CEO and wife is the CFO.

      Limited level of trust put in employees due to previous issues with employees.
