Pros
This is a free software company that manages to be commercially very successful and at the same time to keep trying to make the Internet and the world a better place - and this is very rare! Also, it gives employees significant degrees of autonomy and flexibility, and working remotely with colleagues from all over Europe and the world is the norm. If you are looking for purpose in your job, and for a fast-growing company with a vision, this is a good place.
Cons
If you prefer to work in a very structured company with firm procedures, hierarchies and career paths, this possibly is not the place for you. Also, as in any company that grows so quickly, many organizational things are in the making and you must be prepared for change.
