OpenCities has a culture that is incredibly supportive. Each department within the organisation is heard, and striving to learn from others in order to make us a better team. The mission statement is bold and simple and every employee is completely bought in. As a sales person, it’s great to represent products & a brand that is so well received by customers. Whilst Joining during a pandemic, team members go out of their way to make other new starters feel welcome. The founders are incredibly supportive, and make conscious effort to have employees best interests first.

The internal culture at OpenCities is the same as their external culture - what you see really is what you get. They are a company who take their values seriously, who welcome new starters with open arms, and who actively support each other. OpenCities have done an amazing job at creating a culture where silos don't exist, and everyone is pulling in the same direction.
