      Was a family company - now it's more like the Hunger Games

      Pros

      If you're lucky enough to work with them, there are some impressive clients. Work schedules can be very flexible, if you have the right manager. If you're willing to stick it out for several years, the company might feel successful again and everyone with equity will get a big payout.

      Cons

      Senior management structures seem to be emulating a much larger company, while staff who actually do all the work are being reduced via retrenchment and natural attrition. The public face is becoming much more polished, but internally it is extremely dysfunctional. Management seem to be lying about what they're planning in India.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with locally, good environment, good work life balance.

      Cons

      Budget cuts, no room for growth, company recently acquired by a dissolving group, company is matured past its prime and is on the downward slope, recent acquisition points to the company being dissolved soon. Time to jump ship to better waters. ION Group was the worse thing to happen to OpenLink.
