Pros

Decent Work / Life Balance, easy interview process

Cons

This is the worst CEO I have ever worked for. It’s very apparent you’re working for THEIR company. I never felt apart of the team or valued. Constantly talking down on her employees, asking if they’re stupid or had suffered past brain damage. Absolutely cannot be bothered to help grow, teak or even pay her employees properly. The clients I worked with were rude and demanding. There was no culture among the staff, which can be seen in the turnover rate of employees.

Pros

This place is a ticking time bomb. No one knows what they're doing and none of their employees have any experience in their roles before joining OpenSponsorship.

Cons

The CEO is on a power trip and is a micro-manager regardless of how high up are. She's a professional at blaming everyone for the company failing and fails to see how that's a direct reflection of her leadership skills. They lie about commission structure and have a history of not paying their employees what they're owed from deals they close. A quick LinkedIn search will show you that none of their employees last for longer than a year, and the average tenure is under 8 months. This is a failing business from executives to interns, and I wouldn't recommend this toxic work environment to my worst enemy.
