Pros
Some of the people I worked with were kind and talented. The product and technology had potential, and there were a few moments of teamwork that felt meaningful.
Cons
Lack of support from leadership when I needed it most. I felt neglected and invisible during a difficult period, with no real effort made to help or understand. Communication was poor, and decisions were made without regard for employee well-being. The culture claimed to care, but in practice, it fell short.
