Pros

Dedicated staff committed to the mission of supporting LGBTQ+ older adults in San Francisco and the greater Bay Area. Meaningful work that positively impacts the community. Inclusive environment that values diversity and fosters a sense of belonging. Strong sense of camaraderie among non-management personnel.

Cons

Lack of effective leadership results in insufficient support, compensation, and resources for non-management personnel, leading to burnout. The contributions of staff are not fully recognized or appreciated by higher-ups. Struggles to adequately support QTBIPOC staff and community members, highlighting gaps in inclusivity and equity.
