managers are psycho and the company should get a new management team with people that actually know what theyre doing, and not incompetent lazy people that hire new employees based on how many instagram followers they have

I work with some of the best people I ever have, the environment is always exciting, beautiful things everywhere and there is always encouragement to grow, be unique, have life outside of work.

Cons

pay isn't the best, but it is clear that the company feels that what you don't get in pay you should get in networking, status, perks, and the potential to be promoted.
