Pros

This is a really a great place to work. You have plenty of freedom to grow, it has a great company culture, colleagues are extremely nice and always willing to help you, and management does care about you. Unless your work position really requires it, there is no need to speak German, English truly is the official language of the company. I personally learned a lot during the time I worked there. I can only say good things about it.

Cons

It's a young and dynamic company. Things can change fast. If you don't feel confortable with this, then maybe this might not be the best place for you.
