The management consist of all the young people without any experience and definitely a set of 'wannaBe's'. Few People passed out of IIM are well straight forward stupid in terms of behaviour as they treat/show off themselves as superior to everyone which is really the worst thing to do in this industry. No proper leadership, no management. They will hire people and once the candidate has resigned from previous organization, they will ask the candidate to join after 6 months as they have decided to postpone the joining. candidate will be left in utter disappointment. Very Vey Bad experience. Screw Up your career after you join here.

There is absolutely no vision. Founders have turned very arrogant. Started way too many projects only to realise they couldn't possibly manage all of them. The company is confused, they closed two business units within two months. First asking people to take paycuts and after a month firing them. I happened to be one of them. Most of the good developers have been let go or they resigned themselves. They even tried to retain a few employees after the paycut and fired them later. The senior management has absolutely no morals, experience or discipline.
