      Pros

      I believe in Opinno you can grow more and faster than in most of the other consulting companies. From the very beginning there is a lot of exposure to clients and a lot of responsibility. Also, innovation is a fun sector, most of the projects are quite cool.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are not enough senior people to train and help the junior members, there can be too much self-learning and autonomy at times.
