    Pros

    Work can be good but depends on your franchisee owner. Had good ones and bad ones. General support overall with company. Good team environment and culture because you have to work together.

    Cons

    Same with retail, expected to always be available and come in when asked...

    Co-workers are super nice and fun plus they got your back most times, like a second family. They fit you most times you're available/want which is great.

    Cons

    Pretty low pay, also you only get a really low discount if you want to eat there when not working.
