Really Bad Culture and Leadership Team

Nice office space and location.

Cons

Really bad management team from the top down. Sales Manager hoards sales leads for himself. Owners don't understand SMB marketing needs at all, especially price points. Very bad culture. Nobody ever smiles around the office. Very discouraging experience.

Collaborative startup environment with a keen focus on enabling the team to further improve existing skill sets and add new ones as well. Casual atmosphere (you don't have to wear a suit to work) An open line of communication with senior leadership. Endless opportunities to do what interests you in addition to standard job responsibilities.

Cons

Startup environments can be challenging as it is not a standard 9 to 5 job. This is a Pro for some and Con for others.
