oppo mobile is the fastest growing industry and one of the best industry also.. and i feel proud when i joint to oppo ...thank you oppo for giving a good opportunity to me...

Cons

whole management and HR system has been changed for some reason....but some of employee are not getting salary slip from last 2 month..so kindly rectify the problem that will helpful to us...thank you...

Management and others employee don't get attached with each other's their is a gap between them. As in each and every city their is a Chinese he treats according to their own culture, rubbish atmosphere because when you are in trouble and you don't have done anything wrong then to your trainer and HR will not support you just because of their own sake..!! One of the declining company just because of these Chinese dictatorship..!!

Bad working enivronment. Company is now a leading brand for outsiders but the employees working only understands how bad environment is inside. Management-worst, no proper policy. you are puppet and chinese are puppeter. You work like donkeys but You will not get any reward and appraisal for it
