Great place to learn and grow for junior engineers. Initiatives and extra work is appreciated and rewarded. Friendly and supportive colleagues always willing to help. Product with real impact used daily by millions of customers.

Cons

No solid career path set for software engineers. Frequent context switches and change of priorities. Too much ad-hoc communication and support. Messed up responsibilities of project coordinators and software engineers. Production deployments require working at late night hours. No active effort from the company for the personal evolution of the employees. Extra work is often considered as the norm.
