      Pros

      I liked working here. I really liked how personable the team was. Very relaxed work culture. It can be a demanding workload, but I found it rewarding.

      Cons

      Lack of any benefits, no 401k.

      Pros

      -The bosses cares about the employees -Fun and great work atmosphere -The bosses, especially Nancy always makes sure she appreciates my hard work. -Always gets help when needed -Got paid maternity leave -Had 3 salary increases in my almost 3 years of stay with the company -Extra paid offs because of the Jewish holidays

      Cons

      -Straight forward call-outs if you made a mistake. -No actual trainer or training program. Existing employee gets to train a new employee which will affect the completion of tasks. -Short staff which leads to overwhelming tasks

      Opti pak was a great company to work for. The owner really cared and takes care of his employees. Positive environment
