      Horrible place to work.

      Pros

      Can work at home. Rotate weekends. don't have to work holidays.

      Cons

      Horrible dictators, the worst of the worst and you are dinged for sending blanks. Like working in a factory or something.

      Raises were never given. Staff was not easy to talk to.

      Pros

      Staff that is more like family than anything. Great management team to work with/for. If you work hard, you make great money, if you are a poor performer (quality, slow, etc), you can kiss it goodbye. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      The transcription business is a hard business to work in. If it were easy, companies would not outsource it! Opti-Script does their best to try to make it work for all employees.
