Leadership is out of touch with modern and effective ways of doing business. They are blinded by an outdated process that worked for their predecessor two decades ago. Strange culture of “they get it - you don’t” attitudes which leads to hostile work environment. Dumb yourself down as you walk in the door and put a fake smile on your face like everyone else in the office and endure endless rah rah sales BS that sounds dug up from the grave of an 80’s used car lot. No business in their right mind drops $10k on hiring anyone in 2018 - especially someone from this rough shot fake company. Their “services” are smoke and mirrors. Only true tenure exists amongst family members.

There seemed to be a lack of trust amongst coworkers making it a very toxic work environment. The commission structure was terrible and nobody seemed to stay long enough to even reach the commission. Also, the micromanagement was terrible. We were all salaried employees and we had to clock in and out.
