Pros
Not high pressure GM Senior staff understand it takes money to make money. As stress less as a Maintenance Manager job can be.
Cons
Having to deal with old equipment failing frequently in some areas Same problem ever Maintenance Manager has attracting and keeping top talent which keeps me working on equipment more than I have time to so work fair amount of overtime from ho.e after hours to get the management stuff I am supposed to be able to do at work done. Smaller company size = smaller pay check for same position at larger company. Overall = best place I have ever worked still.
