Management is pretty unorganized bu manageable

Non-stop phone calls, mostly from Audiology patients, and because of very confusing and inconsistent policies (both from the employer and from the local insurance companies) there's constant frustration and misunderstandings between the employees and the clients. Also, there are actual penalties for not reaching particular sales goals, so you're constantly stressing out about staying above specific stat numbers to get your commissions.
