Pros

Sorry but not even a single pros . Very bad idea of setting daily target deadlines that too hourly targets that will stop any organisation from growing. Andf free XD der éd freelead to failure of the organisation.

Cons

1. They work only on basis of targets and the most funny thing is Hourly targets and penalties. Even Worst then a call centre. 2. They daily come out with a new rule and set new targets . They have a rule of penalize employees for every small small things . For ex. : Not filling all the details of candidates in there portal even when there portal itself is very slow and has many bugs. 3. They penalize for things which are not under your control like not adding cctc and ectc for candidates. Why don't they understand that CCTC is something which cannot be asked forcibly to any person. 4. They are not running a company but a circus show. After few days of joining the company, you will be given new targets to reach and penalty rules daily . 5. No work life balance and they can fire you anytime anyday.

1) Their Team leads aren't having proper knowledge & They speak bad words during the call. 2) Being a recruiter it's waste of time 3) Zero Culture
