      Few to speak of. Optima has an opportunity to go from good to great by continuing to stay true to its mission and values while maintaining disciplined, consistent leadership as it scales.

      Milford staff is great to work with. The team is amazing. Max the CEO is wonderful. But sadly he has no idea what kind of people he has in corporate.

      Corporate level is a disaster. (Not Max)
