- Admin is supportive - There’s some flexibility with your schedule - Meetings - Nice coworkers

Cons

- Supervisors are not very involved. I hardly received any constructive feedback. Lack of clear directions for the therapy. I didn’t receive a Behavior Intervention Plan for the ABA clients. Sessions weren’t structured, I felt like I just had to go in and wing it and hope for the best. Lack of parent training hours, resulting in therapists and parents not being on the same page, which wasn’t good for clients’ progress.

The supervisory staff is very supportive and understanding.

Cons

- Parents tend to be flaky and cancel constantly. - Hours are very inconsistent - There are several tasks that you have to do that you don't get paid for (lesson planning, scheduling, etc). - There are constant policy changes that make the job confusing and hard to keep up with
