      One of the best Companies to learn and grow

      Pros

      A healthy management that caters to your professional growth and provides all the tools for you to excel in your work. Expectations are high, but that again is a good thing as it helps motivate you to out-perform yourself at every step. A brilliant team and set of colleagues who are always there to support and share their experience and knowledge to help you in situations where you don't find an answer. There is a huge scope for growth and enhancing your potential here at Optimal and I believe with the right set of mind and vision, one can easily do wonders and create a great value for himself/herself here.

      Cons

      As I mentioned above, expectations are high and that sometimes changes the tone of conversation during a meeting. The outcome totally depends on how a person takes those comments, either in his stride to perform better or get demotivated to start thinking of other options.

We are glad to know you have so far enjoyed being a part of the Optimal wave and we look forward to see your do wonders here and enjoy the ride with us further on. As for the recreational activities are concerned, we are definitely going to put more effort into it and get this across to our Employee Welfare Department and get them acted upon it as soon as possible. And the same will be done on immediate basis to cater to our employee's (read: asset's) learning and growth opportunities within the Organization and as part of the new move, we are already implementing a fortnightly training program for all our employees in addition to our existing programs where we invite specialists to train our guys and gals on something new and what is changing the world out there.

      Nothing is good if company don't pay you.

      Cons

      They employ people and take a lot a work from them, After 15 working day they say that their expectation has not been met by the employee so they just fire the employee without paying anything.
