      None, literally nothing. There are NO PROS

      Cons

      1. It's an autocratic company with the owners rule. 2. Your life is commanded by the owner 3. Your salary can be reduced anytime based on owners perception of your work 4. Owner treats you like a slave 5. Owner who takes the interview is even not able speak in English and has zero knowledge about anything. If you are good at communication, you will get hired 6. Unprofessional & ill-mannered owner, he doesn't know how to talk to people 7. Egoistic and highly unprofessional behavior of owners, they just cover up for each others terrible behavior.

      - A very comfortable and interactive interview process - Mr. Manoj made sure I was very well acquainted with the entire process that goes into a brand management company. - A very structured way of working. - Good set of clients to work with. - Comfortable and cheerful work environment. - Supportive and encouraging management. - Time to time interaction with the employees to boost their spirits. - Wide scope spectrum. - Opportunities and encouragement by the management to try new things. - Good team bonding - Good growth opportunities
