      Very open and relaxed culture. Everyone has the opportunity to be heard Moves forward with ideas that benefits employees as well as the business.

      Pros

      Optimizon is a great place to work full of opportunities to move yourself up in the company. The CEO believes in you and is very positive about the company and the future of where the company is going. The benefits are good. Private healthcare, bonus, remote working, generous holiday and flexibility to work from anywhere!

      Cons

      The rate of pay is slightly under market average but what you get in terms of flexibility and benefits out-way the salary in my opinion.
