Pros

Small but mighty, and growing. There's a lot of opportunity for personal growth if you are self-driven and can adapt and excel in an ever changing environment. Smart, fun group of people to work with.

Cons

There's a fair share of meetings so learn to multi-task so that they don't suck up too much time.

Green company, great location, decent health benefits, smart people.

Cons

New leadership, now entrenched, changed the culture. Made it a lot more cutthroat, less family oriented and only focused on metrics. They forgot people also work there.

Pros

Incredible respect and growth opportunities for someone early in their career. The culture is polite and not judgmental while having a level of professionalism.

Cons

There is an occasional lack of structure due to being a small company coming out of being a startup. The flexibility leads to the occasional gap in procedure. If you are not flexible, the engineering experience has limited applications elsewhere in the PNW due to it being a chilled water optimization company.
