Great team environment, great work/life balance. There's a great culture that's being built over the past years. Fast paced environment. Lots of learning opportunities if you are resourceful. Management is great and wants what's best for the team.
Cons
Still works with legacy technologies, but slowly being replaced by modern solutions. Small private company so pay and benefits can be average.
