      Pros

      friendly manager and co-worker. new hire was taken out to lunch by manager and then by peers. goal driven company. fun work environment with birthday celebration. free snack, coffee, and tea which is great for small company. challenge position in sales and services (HR client service) departments. company has contest for employee of the month. compensation is within average market company is focus a lot on work life balance.

      Pros

      I love working here at Optimum. The culture is fun, friendly and hardworking. Everyone helps each other, we bounce ideas and solutions off of one another. You are constantly learning here, so having a great support team with colleagues and directors is amazing!

      Cons

      Being a payroll and HR company, it can get very busy at quarter end and end of the year, so it can be overwhelming at times.

      Purpose Driven Wonderful Team

      Pros

      I come to work each day feeling I have a purpose. We meet often both in groups and one on one with our leaders to hone our goals. There are also a lot of areas when working with a PEO that you can explore. If you have a question - ask. While going through training I felt like my needs were met and I had a path towards achieving my goals. Optimum also has time for fun and social interaction.

      Cons

      If you are looking to learn new skills and find new ways to grow, then leaders/team at Optimum will help you get there. If you don't like a challenge, this might not be the place for you.
