Commission is what you make it. Work hard and there will be profit for you

August of 2019, half the personnel in my division were laid off. I’ve been here only a few years and my comp plan has been changed six times. The first time my comp plan was redone, I was a month into working for the company... the plan I initially signed for did not last 30 days. Every adjustment has lowered my commission rate (my rate is half the rate from when I started), only one adjust slightly raised my salary and the last adjustment I wasn’t notified about until i received my pay check.
