Pros

Best place to work and learn new things. Provide enough opportunities to grow and improve.

Cons

Horrible & rude management they don't know how to talk professional. No corporate culture. Don't expect justice from management. Only management will get parking for their car. Few managers are really capable of doing good things but I don't know why they are supporting this kind of nonsense.

Its a significantly small company, keeps you challenged. 1 or 2 ppl exist who can actually guide you professionally. Gives free snacks twice a week Negotiable notice period

Cons

Company has dreams but no strategy. Employees are treated as students with 0% flexibility 1 or 2 middle managers, 3-4 senior managers of which overall only 1 or 2 can give you guidance. Others have literally very less knowledge. Has no concept of casual leaves. Gives only 12 leaves in a year. Employees do not seem to stay more than a year here nor is the management interested in retaining good employees High partiality in employee recognition

Optimus Bt is a goal oriented, focused software company. Earning is very high for tamilians & for selected female employees.

If you are from tamilnadu, you will get the following benefits. 1. Flexible office timings. 2. Endless leaves. 3. Minimum 2 hike per year. 4. No proper background verification (fake experience letters are acceptable) These benefits are applicable for selected female employees also.

Cons

Helpless HR, manner less managers & blind CEO. Full of favouritism & partiality.
