      They leave you alone for the most part.

      Cons

      Not enough incentives or positives notes to want to stay with the company for a long time. Unrealistic expectations with little financial help.this company is going under in no time. They didn’t make any effort to keep the old employees who had been with the company since the beginning and before Optio purchased the pharmacies.

      Pros

      VP of sales a quality person with high integrity.

      Cons

      CEO is out of touch and has wildly unrealistic expectations. Terminated at least 1/2 of the sales force with no warning, no severance, NOTHING! Trying to get out of their obligation to reimburse reps for their mileage. Trying to use loopholes to NOT pay for quarterly bonuses that were EARNED! Horrible management. Did me a favor......
