If you have the right potential and passion OM will provide you the right opportunity to prove your self. Good leadership at the top.Navin Malik has good vision and has great understanding over technologies we use here. I got good support from Navin and others. I worked here for a year, but I must say the knowledge I gained here in one year, will at least require 2 - 3 years to gain in other big companies.
Cons
Nothing in specific, after working in different companies, what I understood is every company has its own way of working style, at times you feel few of the policies as tough, however we have to accept.
