      When I started with Options, it was a great job. You felt appreciated & happy to come to work. Overtime, it became a miserable place to work because of the redundancy of meeting after meeting saying exactly the same thing, poor leadership, and great instability. If you have student loans or regular bills, be cautious here. They routinely lay off with only a moments notice & offer the smallest severance possible,
