Great work/life balance. Definite room for growth and opportunity on a professional level. Great staff. A lot of great perks considering it's a small business.
Cons
It's a nonprofit so you cannot expect to be making a ton of money. Also, there will be times where you will be tasked with going outside of your comfort zone (the company is small), but it's just an opportunity for growth.
