- Freedom to work fully remotely - Perfect place to develop yourself as a developer - Easy-going colleagues and staff - Nice work environment - Great formation opportunities (languages, technologies...)
Cons
- Low salaries compared to most other places - After being bought by EPAM everything became very bureaucratic
