      Pros

      Talented team where people root for each other to succeed. Always someone to explain or help when I'm stuck. Never judged if you don't know the answer. Accessible and supportive supervisor who doesn't micromanage. Workplace where you can learn a lot and also make real friends.

      Pros

      So far, it’s been hands-on work with cutting-edge additive manufacturing tech. I’ve also got useful exposure to customers, demos, and real-world applications. There’s an opportunity to work on R&D projects and interesting tasks. Plus, the company offers a solid benefits package with 401k match and stock options.

      The people and family atmosphere

      Cons

      Current CEO has driven off most of the long term employees costing the company 100s of year of tribal knowledge. Moral is constantly in need of a pick me up. Won’t backfill lost positions- everyone is expected to do multiple jobs without support.
