If you enjoy being overworked with no recognition and reduced pay, this is the place for you.

Cons

Zero understanding of the USA market. Upper management is checked out or incompetent. Zero leadership here that knows how to run a successful organization. All management does is try to cheat employees out of commissions and cut costs by every metric possible. Marketing budget? Nope. Travel to visit a client? Nope. Why no sales? It's comical how poorly this organization is run from the top and is never going to succeed with this clown show of a management team.

people are depressed, no work experience sharing between colleagues as it is not allowed by management, basically learned nothing. It hurts for your career path as not much can be learned in here. You have to learn by yourself.
