Pros

Only have two branches to be concerned about.

Cons

Leadership is something that is non-existent amounts upper management and that goes to the very top including the CEO. There is a lack or complete neglect of policies and procedures. If lucky, and you happen to come across one there is complete disregard to enforce the regulations that have been implemented by the government and the few internally. This company is reminiscent of High School where if you don't fit in with the popular crowd you will not be part of it. They have a way of making you feel ostracized and incompetent and will do what they can to ensure you're aware of it. This all goes back to the poor choices in candidates for leadership positions. Either they are underqualified and are in positions because of who they know or there is a complete disregard to the effectiveness of qualified individuals in positions to inspire and lead by example.
